Our goal is the ultimate satisfaction of our clients. In the unlikely event that you don't love your item, we offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. Those wishing to return their item may do so within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Clients may initiate the return process by calling us at 888-860-6430 or email at email@example.com.
- Call us at 888-860-6430 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about a return and to receive a return authorization.
- A Victor Canera team member will reach out with a return FedEx label and instruction on return shipping.
- Print your return label and repackage your item(s) in its original packaging with any diamond lab reports
- Simply take the package to an official FedEx store and hand it to the agent. A FedEx agent will provide you with a receipt as confirmation of the drop-off. Please retain this receipt for your records.
- Once the item is received we will inspect and verify the the item(s) and a team member will contact you by email as confirmation that the return is being processed. Please allow up to seven business days from our receipt of the item to process your return
Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment matching the purchase. Please note that a credit card refund may require 3-5 business days to post on your account.
Terms and Conditions
- All items must be in their original, unworn and undamaged condition. Damaged or worn items such as chipped or scratched diamonds or jewelry which is scratched, bent or otherwise not in its original pristine condition may not be returned.
- In stock jewelry items such as rings which have been resized, engraved or otherwise modified from their original condition may not be returned.
- Loose diamonds or gemstones sourced for clients outside of our online catalog are final sale and may not be returned.
- Returned items must be received by Victor Canera within 30 days of the purchase to be valid. Orders are final sale after 30 days.
- Custom Design Orders are final sale and not returnable, this applies to the ring and its center stone.
- Clients are eligible to make a one item return within a six month period. Any subsequent purchases within the same six month period will not qualify for return privileges.
- Loose diamonds purchased having a D-FL grade with a GIA seal are not eligible for a return once the seal is broken.
- Failure to return a diamond with its original lab report will result in a $250 re-certification fee.
- We are unable to refund any customs duties or importation taxes for international clients and recommend contacting your local customs officials.
